“Blooming St”, created by FROM TEX, produces a collection of primarily hand-drawn patterns that combine planning and design.

I founded FROM TEX (a design firm) and after graduating from an art university in Kyoto, I joined the design department of a textile trading company in Osaka.

I have experience in designing mainly bedding and interior textile products.

In the design department, we outsourced most of the designs, but the designs often did not come out as we wanted, and we often ran into trouble because we didn’t have enough time to get them revised.

In the midst of all this, I came across an artist who paints very skillful, careful, and eye-catching hand-drawn designs.

I was so fascinated by his style of painting that I asked him to teach me how to draw hand-drawn designs.

Later, I started my own design firm, FROM TEX, which can do both planning and design.
